Electronics Design

I will design a project for you involving electronic/electrical design. Primarily PCBs or circuit schematics.

Estimated Cost
Basic Schematic + PCBe.g. USB to UART converter stick $120
Advanced Schematic + PCBe.g. 3D printer control board $250+
Basic PCBe.g. USB to UART converter stick $50
Advanced PCBe.g. 3D printer control board $200+

3D Design

I will design a project for you involving mechanical design. I specialise in FDM 3D printing.

Estimated Cost
Basic Designsuch as a wall hook, desk organiser, clip $30
Moderate Designsuch as an electronics enclosure, fixture $80
Complex Designsuch as a cycloidal drive actuator, or izod impact tester $250+

Mechatronic Design

I will design a project for you involving mechanical design and hardware, as well as electronics.

Estimated Cost
Basic Designsuch as a mini LED matrix with diffuser $50
Moderate Designsuch as a camera slider $150
Complex Designsuch as a 3D printer or pick and place machine $400+

Manufacturing

PCB assembly, 3D printing, CNC machining, etc. Send over your files, or provide me with a link!

Estimated Cost
Basic PCB Assembly $25 + (material costs* × 2)
Advanced PCB Assembly $80 + (material costs* × 5)
3D Printing $20 + (material costs* × 2)
3DP + Hardware Assembly $40 + (material costs* × 2)

You will be asked to cover shipping charges if required.

Prices will vary depending on your project! Discounts are also offered for bulk orders, and service combination.

*Material costs include any other charges that I may need to pay. For example, if you need CNC titanium, I cannot manufacture that myself, so I will need to order that part externally. So while a titanium part may only be $20 of material, it may be $200+ for me to get it manufactured.

Highly complex projects will be subject to an appropriate price increase.
